  • Take part in a quick 3-min group meditation to kick off our class

  • Take a closer look at the concept of procrastination, & get exposed to prevailing theories for why many ADHDers experience this phenomenon to such an infamous extent

  • Come to better understand the classic maladaptive escape/avoidance coping trap

  • Consider the concepts of perfectionism & self-talk from a cognitive behavioral perspective & start identifying your own maladaptive patterns
