In the 3rd week, you’ll…

  • Learn the broad strokes of Cognitive Behavioral work, & practice some CB exercises for improving executive skills & self-confidence

  • Look at the most common (unhelpful) thought “traps,” or “errors,” that we tend to sabotage ourselves with, like emotional reasoning & disaster predictions. Identify our individual most frequent traps, & practice a thought reframing activity for helping us change our perspectives for the better

  • Learn several tactics for improving focus, like focus bursts, the Pomodoro Technique, & gamification. Get some example resources to use for longer-term support

  • Create our own Gamification & Reward Tables to self-motivate. Be introduced to some apps & other resources for further support
