  • Dip into the basics of mindfulness, meditation, & yoga nidra, & see what the research has to say about their affect on ADHD & executive functioning

  • Look at the concepts of hyper-focus in ADHD & its relation to “flow state”

  • Talk about monotasking, autopilot, & overconfidence

  • Broach the hot topic question: To use a planner or not to use a planner? & get an intro the most popular planners for ADHDers, along with their pros & cons
