  • Explore & gain more tools for self-soothing & better emotional regulation 

  • Practice some basic grounding & relaxation techniques to feel more centered & calm

  • Learn about S.O.L.V.E. “to help stop the immediate reaction & rumination & move forward with more intention” (Hassall, 2022)

  • Find out why imagery & visual reminders are key elements in strengthening emotional control & all executive skills
