In the 10th week, you’ll…

  • Take part in a quick 3-min group meditation to kick off our class

  • Take a cognitive flexibility questionnaire & explore how much of your thinking is black & white vs flexible. Answer some self-reflection questions to find patterns in your thinking 

  • Choose a few things you can try doing differently over the next week, or new things you can incorporate, to test your adaptability & observe your comfort level along the way

  • Take a brief look at the role of video games in building cognitive flexibility & other executive skills 

  • Examine your emotional reactions to unexpected changes, reflect back on some examples that resulted in negative self-talk. Generate examples of potential benefits & opportunities for more constructive self-talk in each of these examples
