In the 9th week, you’ll…

  • Take part in a quick 3-min group meditation to kick off our class

  • Learn about what’s likely happening (& not happening) in our brains that aids in impulse control. Learn the popular theories for why ADHDers & others with executive dysfunction often lack it

  • Learn 3 questions to ask yourself any time you can catch yourself before speaking. Minimize the number of times in a day you put your foot in your mouth!

  • Grow awareness of your personal triggers, & create your own impulse control plan based on tactics we’ll go over during class

  • Practice guided visualization with the group for better future impulse control in the moment
